It begins with our CAD system designed strictly for steel rule die making. We don't believe you can get the best using off-the-shelf CAD software — that's why we use CIMEX CAD/CAM exclusively for designing your dies.
Boards are processed using our 2 CNC Laser Cutters or 2 Gerber Profile CNC Routers — both designed specifically for diemaking. These machines provide perfect dieboards based on the CAD designs they receive.
All steel rule is processed in our Bending Department using 5 automated CNC rule benders — the latest technology available. Our SDS USA Turbo Benders are capable of bending rule to the exact tolerances we demand, die after die.
